MADE by you requires one parent/guardian to be present during the 2 hour party.

Each guest must have an up to date liability waiver completed. They can be signed at drop-off, or MADE by you can send the party host a waiver to then forward to each guest.

$75 NON refundable and non transferable fee is required to book any party. An invoice will be sent once MADE by you has contacted the hosting adult.

Rescheduling must be done no less than 2 weeks in advance of your party date. If done 2 weeks or more before your scheduled date, you will be allowed to transfer your deposit. If you reschedule less than 2 weeks from your scheduled date you will be required to reschedule your party and pay a new deposit fee.

Cancellations by customers will not receive a refund of the $75 deposit fee.

All parties are private, and include use of the entire studio space.

One birthday child is free and is not included in your headcount. Siblings over the age of 1 are included in the headcount.

Any add-ons need to be paid in full by the customer 2-3 days in advance. MADE by you will contact you if a balance is not paid ahead of time.

No changes to add-ons can be guaranteed within 48 hours of your scheduled party.

No outside vendors allowed unless cleared by MADE by you management.

Any decor not purchased through MADE by you, must be approved 1 week prior to the event. Decor must be installed by MADE by you staff. 

You may arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to the start of your party to set-up. You must depart no later than 10 minutes past the ending time of your party. MADE by you reserves the right to charge additional fees if you remain on the premises past your 10 minute clean up time.

No alcohol on the premises.
